RinON Super-Volunteers Visit the National and Ethnological Museum of Kosovo

The super-volunteers had an enriching experience at the National and Ethnological Museum of Kosovo!

During their visit, they explored the museum's spaces, learning about Cicero's work, the preservation of artifacts, and the history of the Dardan people.

They also had the chance to see a special exhibition dedicated to the life and activism of Adem Demaçi, held in honor of Flag Day.

M2T3

The super-volunteers left this meeting with a deeper understanding of the community's strengths, resources, and needs, feeling energized to serve their community in meaningful ways.

During the meeting, two small projects were presented, which the super volunteers will bring to life in January.

We are thrilled with the incredible team we are building—extraordinary young people working together to make a difference!

M2T4

Extraordinary young people, ready to make a difference in their community! In this meeting with the super-volunteers, they learned the essential steps of a project, gaining insight into the stages of an educational volunteering initiative. The SPVs now understand the process of conceptualizing, planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and celebrating a community project.

An amazing team where no one is left behind!

M2T5

The last working meeting of the year for the RinON  was truly special, as the volunteers were highly motivated to collaborate and bring about change. An extraordinary 2024 awaits us!

During this meeting, we were honored to host super leaders Elira Latifaj and Ardita Hamza, who lead the SPV YouthPower club in Kamenice. Their presence infused new energy into our club, and the super volunteers were thrilled to work together, fostering hopes for new collaborations in the upcoming year and expanding our influence.

CULTURAL VISIT

The super-volunteers of Rin'ON visited the exhibition "Trying to Take Me Away" by artist Driant Zeneli at the National Gallery of Kosovo.

On the first Saturday of the year, this cultural outing was part of the "Culture for Young Changers" project, made possible by #TOKA.

Joining forces with the super-volunteer clubs "Changemakers" from Gjilan, "Yjet" from Ferizaj, and "Youth Power" from Kamenica, the volunteers had the opportunity to engage with various art forms. The exhibition showcased a range of mediums, including performance, installation, film, and painting.

Additionally, they explored the Laboratory of Mechanics and Origami, sparking their creativity as they made origami based on the models displayed.

M2T6

The first meeting of the year with the super volunteers was filled with warmth despite the cold surroundings. We took time to recall what we learned in our previous meetings and continued our journey by focusing on "Planning Details" during a project.

These energetic young people are dedicated to educating themselves and channeling their efforts toward creating a better community and future.

M2T7

The super volunteers showcased their social intelligence during this meeting, demonstrating their ability to motivate themselves and others while adapting to the circumstances.

They learned about involving others in their projects, budgeting, and finding funding opportunities. This extraordinary team is prepared to make a meaningful difference in the community!

The super volunteers are now fully equipped to manage a project from start to finish! We are thrilled with the incredible team of RinONistas and all that we have learned together during these meetings. Now is the time to make a significant #impact in the community!
